Use of the physical property that the Allegheny chapter requires you to be an active CHAPTER memeber. Come to a meeting to findout how to become an ACTIVE CHAPTER memeber. Once you are an ACTIVE CHAPTER MEMEBER you also have to sign an accident waiver. NO exceptions.
